• Former Royal Marine Commando of 16 years.
• Keynote – Motivational – Leadership International Speaker.
• Travelled the world over 70 countries.
• Cycled across Europe for charity.
• Completed 4 Military Winter deployments.
• Completed RM MSI Course.
• One of a 4-man team who became the first and only team in the world to traverse ICELAND in the winter 850 kilometers. Princess Diana was our Patron.
• Spent 5 years training and living with the Inuit Eskimos in the North-West Territories of Canada and became the first Marine to visit the grave of the Marine who died on the 1845 Franklin Expedition who are buried on Beechy Island.• 2000 - Led the first British Team unsupported to the Geographical North Pole from Canada over 1000 kilometers in 70 days. Prince Phillip was our patron. The documentary was shown on Discovery channel over 20 times and generated over 20 million pounds of publicity for our sponsor Diageo Johnny Walker.
• Became a global brand ambassador for JW and board member of the JW fund in New York.
• In 2000 awarded the MBE for effective leadership in constant adversity.

• 2009 -Led a team to the South Pole across Antarctica.
• 2008 - Led a team across Greenland from Coast to Coast 600 kilometers and launched the UK's largest education based expedition.
• 2008 – While on an expedition launched and Coordinated an international multi agency rescue to save two British men Charlie Paton & Darren Clegg after they got in to difficulty on their expedition.
• 2010 - Took his 9-year-old son to the North Pole and became the youngest father & son to stand at the top of the world.
• 2010 - Led a team up Mt Kilimanjaro.
• 2007 - Completed the Scottish Quadrathon race.
• 2006 - Completed the Yukon Arctic Ultra challenge.
• 2010 Conceptualised and launched Extreme Classrooms - changing special needs children's lives through adventure with business and sporting mentors to help build resilience & confidence.
• 2011 Led the Coldest Classroom on Earth at 78 degrees North a BBC documentary was made and shown to over 97 million viewers.
• 2012 Led the Hottest Classroom on Earth through Africa rift Valley a BBC documentary was shown 6 times to over 100 million viewers.
• 2013 Led the Highest Classroom on earth through the Himalayas climbing to 5200 meters with a group of complex children and sporting / business mentors. BBC two-part documentary was made, and shown across the world over 20 times.
• 2014 Led the Fastest Classroom On Earth a group of 60 cyclist from Special Needs Schools completing 350 KM around the Mont Blanc Massif. Shown on SKY network.
• 2015 Led three England Rugby World Cup Winners to the North pole. Lewis Moody Danny Grewcock & Josh Lewsey
• 2016 Led a 1000 km cycle challenge across Vietnam and Cambodia raising money for the Brain Tumor foundation.
• 2017 Led and climbed a new accent a new route up Kilimanjaro from the North Face.
• 2018 Led England Rugby World Cup Winner Will Greenwood and Australian Rugby star Dean Mumm to the North Pole and raised£780K for research into premature Birth.
• 2019 Launched the Wettest Classroom On Earth sailing 100 special needs children around the UK over 2 months.
